Vintage Bike Show Sat. June 25th 1-6PM

Postby MarshalNorton » Fri Jun 24, 2011 7:02 am

For those of you in the Montgomery County, PA Area.
Blue Comets MC will be hosting a vintage MC show.
Show is at Rt 73 and Rt 113 from 1pm-6pm Judging at 5pm $10.00 to register.
Bikes are by category so your beloved MkIII will not have to share a stall
with a menacing 113 cc firebreathing custom.
This is only their 2nd year but anytime we can show our Norton's it is a worthy cause.
I show my Norton because I want the kids to know what an amazing era they missed 8)
Same reason we teach history
Come out and have fun.
Prizes are $$$ gift certificates
Means more bike upgrades
I am not involved with the organizing of the show and no trees were destroyed.
Just a free rider Infomercial
Hope I posted this in the right section?
If not sorry Jerry and LAB  [Post Moved! "Events" posts don't really belong in the Commando section - L.A.B.]

It's no big problem. I know many members post in the "Norton Commando" section out of habit  but if I consider a post is off topic-then I usually move it to the forum section where I think it belongs , no names are taken, no warnings issued, and the matter is instantly forgotten.

" no warnings given, no names taken etc etc" hummm: I seem to remember someone saying if we posted something in the wrong area or used innapropriate, or in my case bad spelling, we had to go stand in a corner and say " I will NOT overtighten the chains, I will check all 3 and I will NOT overtighten my chains, I will check all 3 and I will NOT overtighten my chains, I will check all 3 and I will NOT overtighten my chains, I will check all 3 and I will NOT overtighten My chains, I will check all 3 and I will NOT overtighten my chains.....................,......................
