Video camera/gadget

I am not a fan of riding videos which I found boring and very repetitive 90% of the time but I would love to have something following my eyes and usable for editing or, more, to prove "what happened" in case of a problem. I found this: the glasses:

I've seen the results and good as any but ya can't operate controls under a helmet. There are a bunch of key chain cameras, some HD, with standard mount socket that can be mounted and operated with helmet on.
Throw yourself at the ground and miss!

The Lorex look like the way to go. I have a pair of I-Kam's. $99 and have worked for me. Just depends on what you want to spend.
