Trixie Combat LH bug fogger on cold starts.

Postby hobot » Sat Oct 15, 2011 6:54 pm

Trixie has a few 1000's miles on her now, went smoke free in under a minute after initial start up and barely smoked hot or cold on starts for like two seasons now, until recently. Starts fine and plug don't look oiled sooted but lots of blue-white fog during warm up for a few minutes, till I get bored and take off w/o seeing oil cloud behind me. Last pm and this am, smokey the bear, but no smoke all day long stopping and starting with up to an hour of rest. Stored on center stand which actualy tips bike to RH a bit, but that side is smokeless. At start smoke is delayed a bit from throttle blips, but as warms its more on the let offs. Conflicting symptoms of rings vs guides. On video of Trixie being nailed in lower gears some tan-ish hints of smoke is seen jetting from LH pipe, but not enough to linger.

Anyone recognize what's going on and what to expect if left alone?
