Tired of ebay & paypal holding YOUR money?

Are ebay & paypal holding YOUR money?

If you don't like e-bay and paypal holding your money for no good reason, join the class action lawsuit against them.

I've just about had it with this cr@p.

Taking a class action against those FW's is a bit like protesting about the "war on terror"......................

Except for the fact that several such lawsuits have already been settled AGAINST e-bay & paypal.

This one is bound to be FAR more substantial, due to the sums of money involved and the contravention of U.S. and international banking laws.

my wife was involved in an e-bay class action lawsuit, the check came last week for $0.86 - with an expiry date in January. I deposited it (the bank teller had a little chuckle)
Good Luck
'66 Atlas - regular ride
"75 Commando - looking for parts and finances to finish refurb
'75 Suzuki GT750 - it was cheap
'91 Fantic - primarily for hurting myself on

Guess I've been lucky. 11 years with eBay and PayPal and not one problem.

I had 1 problem ($450.00) and Paypal was less than useless to help me but the guy was on the Isle of Man so I called the new Cybercrimes unit in Douglas and they paid him a visit, I got my $ back PRONTO! (he was selling-off chunks of Ballaugh Bridge and they kinda frown on that!!).
