I believe the "belived to be" was added after the original listing.

Aren't all RH4 heads stamped "RH4" just above the right exhaust rockerbox?

It was there in the beginning, I saw it 2 minutes after it was listed.

To me the add looks suspect with the typical qualifiers like "believe" and hype like WOW WOW WOW.
Machining of the head is incomplete as stated in the add. The intake rocker cover spindle stud hole is not there nor the locating stud hole for the cover. To me, the intake port looks a bit large for an RH4. I would think that stamping the head would be one of the last things they would do in the machining process. Unless I did an up close in the hand inspection of this bit I would steer clear of it.

I have to wonder about that head. Why wasn't it finished? Maybe because it didn't pass inspection or somebody screwed something up and slid it in behind the milling machine in hopes the boss wouldn't notice. So now here it is all these years later, finally being sold instead of used as a paper weight.
Why does it have one valve in? Seems kinda odd for an unfinished head.

I'm with DWS, I'd steer clear of it too.
