Don't see its advantage over a two 2 stroke as inlet time has to be very short or it takes up the power stroke length plus needs good compressor power/source or 2nd power plant, to force a charge in fast enough before piston begins to out run the combustion stroke. This thing looks like compressed air engine but they seem to ignore telling us how they force mixture in and just show it flowing on its own. If atmosphere is the only pressure to cause flow in then it'd be a pretty weak engine for amount of mixture to burn and slow turning even so d/t not enough time to flow in mixture enough to make power at hi rpm/short valve opening time. That's why over delaying intake closing some at hi rpm helps power, delay in air speed changes to speed up or slow down. Neat device for research grants though.
