The end was funny as hell with nothing but pride hurt. I re-ran the initial crash a bunch of times and best I can see he was hard braking with front turned a bit too much and mushed the forks right out from under. I'm ashamed to say how many times going rather slow I learned not to do that ever again THE Gravel or rather fast on pavement.
