Tech tips :?:

Postby Caferider » Wed Aug 10, 2011 6:10 pm

I'm always looking for manuals or period articles for research or leisurely reading. Has anyone compiled a good list of cool tech data to help out a die hard DIYer?

To day I came across 2 that I liked:

Roadholder Rebuild bu Mick Hemmings http://archives.jampot.dk/Technical/Suspension/Norton_Roadholder_Stripdown.pdf

750 Racer and 750 Formula Racer Conversion Kits and Components http://britmoto.com/manuals/Manuals/Race_kit.pdf

please add to the list and if anyone has pdf files I can post them to my server and link to them for all to see if you email them to me.

You probably want to go into town, and find a up to date Jap Bike store,
With a full spares department, a clean workshop, and kean young mechanics.
And ask them if theres a Grumpy Old Bloke out in the Hills, who knows how to fix Real Motorcycles.

Yea that is a good one. I already posted it on issuu. The cool thing About issue is they convert your old PDF files to a newer format that works with any of the readers. Ie. iPad. Check out the look above to see all in the library so far.

You can use the "search" function on this forum to find out just about anything Norton needed. I need life easy & simple (kiss) Norton stuff here, BSA stuff there etc. I'm like Larry David in that episode of "Curb your enthusiasm" needing life smaller. Sad I know.

Rather better to google your Commando inquiries to find sources on this forum than the forum search function.
