Not strictly Norton on this topic, and mostly for the N.American crowd - has anyone dealt with Ridegear.com? What is your take on the experience?

I am currently getting really fed up with them, over 1 month wait for an HJC helmet?! Prices charged not what is agreed to on the phone... lost orders....

Do you have a favorite vendor you recommend?
