Pacific NW Bike For Sale?

Postby radiofun » Mon Jan 23, 2012 2:38 pm

Please help a poor lost soul. I've got the mid winter wrenching blues! Anyone know of a bike in the Pacific NW that is not too far gone? I'm looking for one that needs some TLC, not a basket case. Thanks. Bob Rennick, Helena Montana.

I'm looking for a stacked blond in her 30's who owns a bar. My guess is we both have about the same chance of success.

Now that I think about it, I'm looking for one of those too. Might as well dream large.

And both would need to be available. Make sure when the genie pops out of the bottle that you are very specific.

You might want to put an ad in the "wanted" section.

As a resident of the very top LH corner (Anacortes, WA), I don't think Helena MT qualifies as Pacific NW. That's "back East!"

Must admit, we have a granddaughter at UM in Missoula, but still, it's a long way from the outside edge!

Good luck with your search.

Not at all. She is more than welcome to own a Norton. She will soon discover that it helps to also own a bar.

If you can find a bike somewhere else you may find shipping is not that much.

Only one bike on Craigslist right now in the PNW.

http://portland.craigslist.org/mlt/mcy/2803908608.html

Of course $10k is a bit steep for an unrestored bike.

Just keep looking. Most people put their bikes up for sale more towards the spring.
You probably want to go into town, and find a up to date Jap Bike store,
With a full spares department, a clean workshop, and kean young mechanics.
And ask them if theres a Grumpy Old Bloke out in the Hills, who knows how to fix Real Motorcycles.

If you go on the website "KIJIJI" which is the Canadian equivelent of Craigslist there are some Nortons at decent prices. Just pick the major cities in each province and start looking.
