Norton tank scored on Ebay...

Not much for most to look at, but this is a hard-to-find-in-the-USA Bracebridge Street slimline tank in the large size. Most of the 1960-1962 Slimeline Norton featherbed domis had the small tank as supplied on the 650 Manxmans and the first Atlas and Amercian-spec 650ss bikes, so hardly any of these big tanks made it over here.

This looks like an average 1960's Norton Atlas tank to most, but there is one important difference that gives it away, can you spot it? :)

This tank has badge screw holes, they are just filled in with bondo....

Norton Fastback LR tank?

BTW, most of the Atlas style tanks I have seen were like this one. The only small tank I have ever seen came on a 1961 Manxman which came from the US.
