I have just posted this on the CRMCC site
Running Dick Hunt Seeley forks. These use a double steel bush on the bottom instead of the standard Norton single bush. The problems I have are
a) a bit of stiction. I have to have them settled in the right place to find the sweet spot.
b) the external springs sag a lot without the riders weight on the bike. I believe these are the original springs ie 25 years old.

I have emailed Maxton but have not recieved a reply.


So suggestions?

Who else do you suggest to improve the forks if Maxton dont reply.
Where do you get your external springs from?
Do you not run external springs?

Also will be looking for rear spring to suit.
