Front forks are on there way ! Thanks again Piero. Now I am back on locating the front brake.

Hi.
These front forks needs:
- the two fork top nuts (see ebay);
-the gaiters (they have steel tube covers that you will cut about ten cm for hold the gaiters;

for p11 original gaiters clip
- to weld the slides one other fixing mudguard stay (they have only one).

I found a complete front "skimmed" wheel!!!! I did have to pay dearly for it. That was the major hurdle now I can get the ball rolling :)

I was not able to find the bottom parts of the steering damper knob.

From your first post in the thread:" The serial number on the engine is P11/121 281"
The skimmed wheel should be the proper one for the bike. Did you get the brake plate and shoes as well?

Shoes, levers, backing plate, axle, and spacers. Laced on a correct rim. 8)

Good to go. 8) The hard part is over. Most of the other bits are available. Also check out Andover Norton.
They have picked up an interest in the P11 and are supplying some parts as well.
