This one was on the TV when I was in jail most a summer picked off my SV650. Ain't never gonna apply for no stinking license to ride the Right of Ways. So put that on my permanent record till I die.

Except for my early hard labor jobs I never heard much CW till I got deeper into old Dixieland and about laugh my ass off when this became a classic listening to local stations. Someone should do it up with the cycle theme.

Makes me want to ride (drive) fast.

Fast as light our jets were burnin'
On the road a distant sirens song
Hands upon my engines growin'
Vincents deep throat breathin' out so strong
I can hold her, can you roll her

Riding like there's no tomorrow
Silent song sure is growin' stronger
Shadow reached a high note
And in the distance electric lights no longer
I can hold her, can you roll her
I can hold her, can you roll her
I can hold her, can you roll her

an old favorite from Mums record collection, probably heard it in the womb, it may be the reason I got into motorcycles in the first place, dammit
'66 Atlas - regular ride
"75 Commando - looking for parts and finances to finish refurb
'75 Suzuki GT750 - it was cheap
'91 Fantic - primarily for hurting myself on

oH MY gory that one got to me too, now i've got to have stud designs on my jacket as well as socks rolled up over boots.
There's a great rock/roll piece I saw some years ago with a great looking gal all over a commando on and off road, will have to ask other list about it.

In the mean time this one always strikes me as motorcycle theme

In the day we sweat it out in the streets of a runaway American dream
At night we ride through mansions of glory in suicide machines
Sprung from cages out on Highway 9
Chrome wheeled, fuel injected and stepping out over the line
Baby, this town rips the bones from your back
It's a death trap, it's a suicide rap
We got to get out while we're young
Because tramps like us, baby we were born to run

Wendy let me in, I want to be your friend
I want to guard your dreams and visions
Just wrap your legs around these velvet rims
And strap your hands across my engines
Together we could break this trap
We'll run until we drop, baby we'll never go back
Will you walk with me out on the wire
Because baby, I'm just a scared and lonely rider
But I got to find out how it feels
I want to know if love is wild
Girl, I want to know if love is real

Beyond the Palace hemi-powered drones scream down the boulevard
The girls comb their hair in rear-view mirrors
And the boys try to look so hard
The amusement park rises bold and stark
Kids are huddled on the beach in a mist
I want to die with you Wendy on the streets tonight
In an everlasting kiss

The highway's jammed with broken heroes on a last chance power drive
Everybody's out on the run tonight but there's no place left to hide
Together Wendy, we'll live with the sadness
I'll love you with all the madness in my soul
Someday girl I don't know when we're going to get to that place
Where we really want to go and we'll walk in the sun
But until then tramps like us, baby we were born to run
Throw yourself at the ground and miss!

I'm gonna hit the highway like a battering ram
On a silver black phantom bike
When the metal is hot and the engine is hungry
And we're all about to see the light

Don't forget this one if you youngsters have ever heard it. Not necessarily a M/C tune though. Of course only hobot can understand it.

Quick quiz question: So who can make the connection between the video and this motorcycle?
