I am presently in the process of installing a single Mikuni "TM" series flat slide carb on my 74 850. There are plenty of references online for the "VM" round slide Mikunis regarding jet, needle jet, needle, etc. sizes, but, having trouble finding references for the flat slide. I have previously read (in this forum) that the pre-jetted kits (from Sudco) tend to be jetted somewhat rich, so, if you have personal experience with this particular carb I will appreciate your input even more.
