kick start seal up grade

i have the upgrade seal just need to know the process

help do i machine from out side and press seal in?
or do i press out bushing and machine from there?
or none of the above?
its raining good time to fix that pesky leak

hi decided to try pvisserIII suggestion and install a 9815 seal instead of milling trans case.
i have a friend with a press so simply pressed out bushing put seal in with a little
loctite 515 anaerrobic seal and wala

hey is this one of the first proto type commandos?
notice engine angle but i dont see rubber mounting
