Help Identify this bike. Any ideas?

Looks like about a '68 T100 Triumph 500. They were called Tigers.
The concentric carbs did appear in late '67, so it COULD be a late 67 model, and also could be later like through early 70s (although I think it would have a rear grab bar on 70 and later models)...
Non-original mufflers & paint, Ducon dipper switch, plus some chromed stuff...
