I am finally getting a point were I can get a bit nit picky now. I have the fenders off my MK III being polished. What color is the fender stay supposed to be? I have seen both black and silver. If it is silver color, is the proper silver color available in a rattle can?

If I can find the proper color in a rattle can, I can show it to and have it matched by my power coater.
