forum connection issues

For some reason my PC at home has a hard time connecting to the forum. Often I get "Page not found" or server can't be located. Today I got lucky. Does anybody have suggestions for Internet settings or any tips using Win XP and IE that might help with this?

I NEED my Norton fix every day...

Are you using the accessnorton address to get onto the forum?: http://www.accessnorton.com/

If you bookmark that address or add it to your "Favorites" (IE) then it should take you straight to the forum index page every time?

Yes this is the only site that gives me trouble. I get "Page not found". It doesn't matter if I try from my favorites or just paste the link into the address bar or choose from the recent address pulldown. Sometimes if I delete temp internet files first it works, sometimes not. Very frustrating.

You could try using Mozilla Firefox instead of IE (you can still keep IE)?

How do I bookmark a topic or forum so I can get back there. I've tried different things but still see no bookmarks in my profile.

Are you using Internet Explorer (IE8?) or something else?
