I got a couple pieces back from my friend who does powdercoating. One of them still has some orange peel & I want to deal with this myself. Has anyone had experiance with this? I was thinking wet sand with 2,000 but does it get buffed after that & if so what kind of compound should I use??? Thanks.

Yes Sir put a fine sanded and wheel buffed or hand rubbed spit polish on that powder coat as if it was a marching boot inspection. Then wax and rub some more too.
