Clutch and chain opinion

Here's another pic. When I took the cover off this is what I found. The chain, clutch, etc, look new. I am leaning towards leaving it alone but wanted some more experienced feedback.
Traction is kind of like bowel control. Once you think you are going to lose it, it's probably too late!

Looks relatively good to me.

Pull it apart and clean everything thoroughly.

Relative to the crankcases, it looks almost new! hee hee

That single row primary chain will streth like a rubber band, the cover will leak and you will not win the lottery, all sure bets. You can leave it like that for now but plan on replacing it with a belt if you want to use it and not soil your garage.
