I couldn't do that on a postie bike!
I've seen Australian cops do similar on BMs and Honda V 4s with all the lights, radias , guns and lasers attached also.
Their ride shools are very good obviously. Excellent throttle control!

For me as hobot - its both Yes and No.

Yes I have and must ride like that almost routinely to get around out here and to exceed known cycle cornering limits at high speed on Tri-linked Pee, by getting bike to literally fall over on its own into a crash - only saving by sudden and dramatic Straight Steering - so one the front don't wash right out pointing away from direction of turn and 2 the low side is saved by the induced high side of front tire aim. Its way easier to do at high speed than parking lot speed though.
Circus bicycle acts and some stunt cyclists do a whole show w/o ever using counter steering, some have to when standing on the seat to steer. I h

No, I'm not very competent yet to fling around anything like that police or whole squads of them I saw time competing some weeks ago do at a large HD vendor here. Its directly related to trail and trial fun I want to learn better on Ms Peel.

You must have some drive thrust or some drag force on rear tire to pull off
such sharp turns, speed of throttle cuts are more important than throttle blip ups.
If ya do it wrong the bike can fling ya right off on a hi side or slip right out from under in a low side. But shoot everyone knows that the hard way don't they?
Throw yourself at the ground and miss!

Ha, I probably couldn't handle my Honda Ruckus that well... That guy is a beast on that bike!
