Hi has anyone got involved in removing and then fitting cylinder liners
Is it a job that can be done at home I have a small milling machine
The 750 barrel I have is knackered I have got liners but they were too busy to fit them.

Not a job for the amateur. Can your "small milling machine" bore the cylinders to take an interference fit for the liners? Do you have access to a 350-400 degree oven to heat the cylinders?

What part of the world do you live? I can recommend some shops in the US that can handle the job reliably.

I live near London UK
We bought liners off RGM but he said he was too busy to fit so I will have to look up some old engineering firms
They seem to be geting less and less now and are not keen on small jobs

Mick Hemmings can definitely get them done, but depending on what side of London you're on, you could try Russell Motors in Battersea!

I am sure Mick Hemmings or Russell Motors will be thrilled to fit liners supplied by a third party.

I know Mick had problems getting them recently! Russells will send out to their engineers, or advise on the nearest place to get it done!

Work is work so that shouldn't matter as long as the quality is known. They may refuse if they are made in China or are of unknown quality for their own warranty purposes. Cylinder liners today have a wide gauntlet of materials and hardening techniques not to mention coatings. Shrink fit tolerances can vary accordingly.
