Adjustable type rear iso kit problem

Postby nortriubuell » Tue Mar 29, 2011 2:35 am

Just bought an adjustable type rear conversion kit from Norvil. Problem is that the long stud is a "really loose fit" inside the inner tube of the isolastic assembly. I emailed Les about it and received an immediate reply. Turns out he has them made that way on purpose; as it allows the mount to self-center when everything is all tightened up. This then compensates for the original frame build tolerances not being that exact. Makes sense to me :D Also, one of the collars had the hole not drilled quite big enough, and he sent a replacement :D Les and Norvil have been great to deal with, and I highly recommend the kit !
