N15: fit the engine and gearbox into the frame

Hi.
I am ready to fit the engine and gearbox into the frame.
But i can see that the lower lugs of the front brackets mount are in line with the bottom frame and is not possible insert the stud across brackets and cases, both side.
What method do You have followed?.

Bolt only the top bolt of the front mount loosely, do not bolt anything in the rear mount (but have transmission already in place first, of course).

Use a small floor jack to push the transmission up, and with it the engine, pivoting in the one front bolt. Once you can clear the bottom thru bolt, insert it. I believe this also applies to the bottom bolt of the rear mounts?
