Hi Guys

I'm a bit of a newby to Nortons so please excuse my ignorance. I recently purchased a Triton that has, I'm told, a genuine Manx front brake. I was also told it was very valuable.

I have a couple of questions, namely, how can I tell it's a genuine 1950/60 something Norton brake and is it really worth more than one's first-born child?

Finally, if it's such a great brake why doesn't it stop me?

Regards

Ps That last piece is rhetorical.

You could ask in the "Other Nortons" board, as it's an enquiry about Manx parts.

You could post a photograph of your brake.

It doesn't stop you because it is maladjusted.
