I have decided to sell my 70 750 Roadster. When I bought it, it was literally in pieces, have gone through the entire bike replacing and upgrading as I went.
It has a new steel tank painted Roman Purple. Standard bore with new rod and Superblend main bearings. New fork tubes, rear shocks, Avon AM26 tires, later reinforced swing arm, Keigler swing arm pivot upgrade, rear cush drive, new Andover Norton Exhaust, rebuilt instruments (I had the original mileage retained), new drive chain, Barnett clutch, new original seat cover from RK Leighton, sealed battery, roller lay shaft bearing conversion.
Had the fenders, chain guard, headlight shell and halo, fender stays re-chromed. Primary, timing cover, transmission outer cover, fork sliders, rocker covers polished.
Boyer electronic ignition, new Amal Premier carburetors.
I have tried to make the bike correct but not over restored.
Here are a few pictures.
